About the Khowar Alphabet
The Khowar alphabet uses a modified Perso-Arabic script similar to Urdu. Khowar is an Indo-Aryan language spoken in Chitral, Pakistan. The script is written from right to left and includes letters from Urdu with some modifications for Khowar-specific sounds.
History
