Type Russian online with Cyrillic letters

This online Russian keyboard helps you type Russian (русский) in Cyrillic in your browser. It is useful when your device is set to another language but you need Russian text for messages, forms, or study.

Russian letters like ж, ш, щ, ю, and я are not available on a standard English keyboard. With this page, you can type them directly and then copy or download your text.

How to type Russian on this page

You can type with your physical keyboard, click the on-screen keys, or use a mix of both. The text appears in the same box either way.

1. Click inside the text box to place the cursor.
2. Type Russian letters using your keyboard or by clicking keys.
3. Use Shift for uppercase letters (for example Я instead of я).
4. When you are done, copy the text or download it.
